Site Directed Mutagenesis

Site-directed mutagenesis is a powerful research tool used to study the protein function, identify enzyme activities and design novel proteins/mutants. Each mutagenesis service at Syngene is customized to meet specific requirements. Mutagenesis may be carried out using PCR or Dpn I enzyme based methods.

Genome Walking

Genome walking is a technique to move from the “known into the unknown” and explore the genome of an organism.
