• Lead and execute market research projects, including definition of needs and appropriate approach, questionnaire development, sample presentation plans, fieldwork supplier management, data analysis, report writing and presentation
• Support key commercial initiatives in term of sensory testing when required
• Liaise and conduct sensory training for manufacturing plants and TPM
• Maintain a close relationship with Sensory Columbus team to share best practices and manage sensory needs regionally and globally
• Interface and collaborate with others in ANRD, SC and Commercial to leverage the best science and practices available for Pacific Asia Region in sensory testing
• Active participation in professional organizations and continuous networking with external research teams to stay abreast and benefit from the latest developments in sensory evaluation & consumer research
