Our Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) System, aligned with ISO 45001:2018, is implemented across all facilities. It integrates key safety tools like Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), Aspect & Impact Management (AIM), and Process Safety Management (PSM) to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
All incidents, near misses, and observations are recorded through the SynZero platform.
Employees are encouraged to report safety observations regularly to promote vigilance.

At the highest level, the Board-level Risk Management Committee oversees the Company's enterprise risk management framework. Safety governance is overseen by the Board and the Executive Safety Committee, supported by KAVACH and Operational Safety Leadership Teams (OSLTs), which drive safety execution, risk reviews, and corrective actions across operations.
