When you engage with us through social media sites, you may allow us to have access to certain information from your social media profiles based on your preference settings on such platforms. We may also receive your personal data from third parties who have taken your consent to be contacted by persons or entities like us for marketing and other purposes including for employment/ apprenticeship/ internship purposes, business purposes and trial/ study participation.
We collect this information directly from you or as part of our recruitment drives or through recruitment agencies, campus placement cells, employment screening agencies, publicly available websites. We will use such above-mentioned information to consider your candidature, evaluate your suitability for the role, keep records in respect of our hiring processes, to consider you for future opportunities, to assess conflict of interest, to respond to any queries or concerns from you, to make travel arrangements as required, to comply with legal requirements.
We may share this information with third party service providers for recruitment, background screening services, cloud storage/ web-hosting services, travel agencies, government agencies (where required by law). We may also transfer your information to parties involved in any merger, sale, transfer or business sale (including bankruptcy proceedings), in which case adequate confidentiality agreements will be executed with such parties.
The above information is used by us to contact you to provide you with our clinical trials/ research study related information and for your consequent participation. If you are a participant in our clinical trials or research studies, further information including medical and health related information will be collected from you. However, specific consents and notices with respect to the same will be provided to you prior to your participation in case of such trials/ studies.
