In the laboratory stage itself, we simulate the heat and mass transfer conditions experienced in the manufacturing scale using appropriate instruments, such as automated glass reactors. Our facilities and expertise enable us to anticipate challenges and potential showstoppers in the manufacturing plant, well before the actual scale-up. Our key differentiator lies in our ability to safely and successfully transfer technology in a single attempt, as performed for several processes developed in-house as well as by customers.

Our scientists and chemical engineers are highly qualified and trained to assess the suitability of the process for plant conditions, and adhere to challenging timelines while transferring technology to pilot and commercial facilities.
