Cytochrome P450 Induction

Evaluating the metabolism of test compounds

Syngene offers a suite of validated and efficient cytochrome P450 (CYP) induction assays that provide valuable insights into the metabolism of test compounds. These assays are designed to help clients make informed drug development decisions based on the efficacy and safety profiles of a drug candidate.

Syngene scientists estimate the potential clearance pathways for test compounds through CYP reaction phenotyping methods that use chemical inhibitors in human liver microsomes. The involvement of multiple pathways helps us measure the extent of CYP metabolism-based drug-drug interactions.
